The Sugar S20 was announced couple of weeks ago and the device is now officially available on shopping stores as the world’s first translator smartphone. It comes loaded with an outstanding AI translation feature.
Targeting tourists, the S20 can translate in 104 languages, using the strength of a translation machine and translation app to get the job done. Hardware and Software
Running the race underneath is the Snapdragon 450 chip from Qualcomm which brings 8-cores of processor and was manufactured with 14nm process technology. The processor clocks 1.8GHz, while the Adreno 506 dominates graphics.
It has 4GB of RAM space available for multitasking, this reaches a memory speed of 933 MHz for a smooth ride. In the storage department, you get 64GB storage space and can expand 128GB using the SIM 2 slot. The S20 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.
The S20 sports a combination of dual 12MP + 5MP rear shooters. The 12MP camera has f/2.0 aperture, while the 5MP depth sensor helps in bokeh. There’s a dual-LED flash underneath with other AI integrated features. The 16MP selfie camera has f/2.0 aperture, 5P Lens and supports Face ID.
Powering the Sugar S20 is a 3500mAh non-removable Li-Po battery with fast charging technology. With the fast charging feature, charging the battery from 0% to 100% shouldn’t take up to 2 hours.
